Meet the craftsman.

Detré Bell is the Owner and Senior Installer of Astwood Flooring, a Bermuda-owned flooring and tiling company providing residential and commercial flooring solutions across the island. From bathroom and kitchen tile installation to complete flooring renovations, Detré oversees every project with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional service.

His passion for the trade began at an early age, spending summers learning alongside his uncle, Voorhees Astwood, a respected veteran tiler in Bermuda, laying the foundation for the attention to detail and workmanship that define his work today.

Many Bermudians also know Detré through his collegiate football career, proudly representing Bermuda internationally and serving as Captain of the North Village Rams Senior Men's Team. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies from California State University, Bakersfield, and is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. These experiences have shaped the discipline, leadership, and work ethic he brings to every client and project.

Today, Detré leads Astwood Flooring, delivering professional tile installation, flooring services, and renovation solutions for homes and businesses throughout Bermuda.
